Variants / Options

Options tittle goes here

E-Coated

Electrophoretic coated brake discs provide anti-corrosion resin that is applied to non-working surfaces for maximum protection.

GEOPRO®

GEOPRO is an environmentally friendly coating that is shipped dry greatly reducing installation time. GEOPRO provides wrap around protection and is only removed where the brake pad contacts the friction surface.

Painted Hat & Edge

Painted brake discs are installation ready with minimal preparation. Friction One paints all non-working surfaces including hats and vanes with specialized high-heat paint that resists corrosion and matches many OE disc finishes.

Zinc Plated

Drilled and slotted performance brake discs are bolt-on upgrades that provide maximum cooling in the most demanding conditions. Zinc-Dichromate plating looks amazing through open wheels and protects from rust and corrosion.

Uncoated

Uncoated brake discs are manufactured from premium castings and G3000 alloys for reliable stopping power without noise or brake fade.

CARBON TECH™

High-carbon iron formulas feature increased Molybdenum, Chromium, and Carbon content that improves noise dampening, strength and heat dissipation compared to standard brake discs.

Manufacturing Excellence

Our disc production begins in our high-efficiency Xiantao foundry, where advanced melting and casting systems deliver superior metallurgy for strength and durability. From there, more than 500 CNC machining centers and robotic stations perform precision operations, ensuring exact tolerances across millions of units annually.

Each disc then receives multi-stage surface treatments for corrosion resistance and branding — meeting OE-level requirements for safety and performance.
