At Friction One, innovation never stops. Our engineering and R&D teams work relentlessly to expand our global coverage through continuous reverse engineering and rapid tooling development.

Every month, we gather and analyze the latest OEM brake components from around the world — disassembling, testing, and benchmarking them to ensure every new part we produce meets or exceeds original equipment standards.Using advanced CAD scanning and digital modeling, our engineers capture every contour and tolerance of the original component with micron-level precision. This data forms the foundation for our in-house tooling development—where we use laser cutters, progressive stamping systems, and multi-stage hydraulic presses to craft new molds and dies that guarantee exact fit and consistent quality.

From there, our integrated production line takes over—stamping, machining, coating, and packaging—all within Friction One facilities. This full in-house control allows us to introduce 40+ new molds every month, achieve faster lead times, and continuously expand our catalog to keep our partners at the forefront of the aftermarket industry.
