Every shoe is produced in-house, with full vertical integration that spans from backing plate stamping and shoe forming to friction bonding, riveting, and coating.
Our brake shoes utilize both bonded and riveted friction linings, ensuring optimal adhesion and long service life across diverse applications. Each shoe is built using precision tooling and hydraulic forming presses to guarantee uniform curvature and consistent drum contact for smooth, reliable braking.
We also integrate lever assembly and hardware kit production within the same manufacturing campus, enabling tighter quality control and perfect compatibility between components. Combined with OE-grade friction materials formulated for quiet, fade-resistant performance, Friction One shoes deliver stability, strength, and safety with every stop.

Manufacturing Excellence
Our disc production begins in our high-efficiency Xiantao foundry, where advanced melting and casting systems deliver superior metallurgy for strength and durability. From there, more than 500 CNC machining centers and robotic stations perform precision operations, ensuring exact tolerances across millions of units annually.
Each disc then receives multi-stage surface treatments for corrosion resistance and branding — meeting OE-level requirements for safety and performance.
